I feel beautiful

I love what I see in the mirror. I feel beautiful inside and out.

I admire my face. It helps me to express myself and communicate with others. I show my emotions and build relationships.

I appreciate my body. I am grateful for the many things it does for me. It allows me to work and play. It recovers from illnesses and injuries. It tells me when I need to slow down and take a break.

I embrace the signs of aging. I am comfortable with my wrinkles and grey hair. I accept them as natural. They remind me of the challenges I have overcome. They symbolize my wisdom and perseverance.

I develop my character. I strive to be kind and compassionate. I give generously to others. I continue learning. I stand up for my principles and values. I take responsibility for my actions.

I surround myself with positive influences. I choose a partner who is loving and affectionate. I accept compliments graciously. I recognize the beauty in others and praise them for their strengths and accomplishments.

I smile and laugh. Happiness makes me look and feel more attractive. My joy is contagious. I make new friends and gain more influence at work.

I practice self-care. My wellbeing is a top priority. I eat a healthy diet and stay hydrated. I exercise regularly and manage stress. I sleep 7 to 8 hours each night to keep myself fresh and vibrant.

Today, I feel confident and beautiful. I love and respect myself as I am.
